From our very first dealings with William, we had nothing but the highest praise for him in every single regard. He is highly professional, super efficient and extremely helpful. We live overseas and had to do everything remotely, and were also not familiar with American rules and regulations.He explained everything with extreme precision and made us feel comfortable and confident all the way to signing.Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and despite our time difference, he would be available to us at hours that were suitable for us and not convenient to him. He even went the extra mile and with our permission, obtained details that we required on the property as the time difference made it difficult for us to do so.Never in our wildest dreams did we expect the turnaround time that William achieved for us. Once the apartment was photographed (incredible presentation using drone), it was listed immediately.Within a handful of days, we received an offer and it was sold! William had advised us as to how much to list the property for and he could not have given us better advice. He was knowledgeable and realistic and his advice could not have been more accurate or perfect.He is a total gentleman, an absolute pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend him highly enough!!

William McClain was highly recommended to me by a close friend. I contacted William regarding the sale of my family home in the Miami area. He came to my house the following day and spent over an hour looking over the property and explaining the process of selling a home. He was very knowledgeable and to the point on his strategy. I was impressed with his confidence and communication skills. I signed the contract that day. He got right to work taking pictures and flying a drone for the making of a video. He advertised my house in numerous media outlets and we had interest right away. I accepted an offer roughly two weeks after going on the market. The sale closed 30 days later. I’m so glad I chose him to represent me in this sale and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
